While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its doors was appalling and beyond comprehension .

The floorboards were filthy, and a nauseating aroma of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms polluted the entire venue . With a smell of a mixture of human waste, old age and a sickly smell. The bar area , which should be the main attraction of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and trash that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The bathroom was in even a truly awful state— backed up, with a snapped lever and walls covered in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
